Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production and Quality Supervisor in Kangra. The role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring product quality control, maintaining quality assurance standards, and managing quality management systems. The supervisor will monitor the manufacturing process for wire switches, assess product quality, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Quality Control and Product Quality assessment
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
- Ability to lead and manage production teams effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in wire switch manufacturing or electrical product production is an asset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
