Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Production and Quality Manager to join our team on-site at our facility in Valsad. This role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring product quality standards, managing the production team, and improving manufacturing processes. The Manager will also conduct quality checks, enforce safety standards, optimize workflows, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet targets and maintain production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Management, Process Optimization, and Workflow Planning
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and knowledge of ISO standards
- Team Leadership, Employee Training, and Conflict Resolution skills
- Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in using manufacturing tools and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the instrumentation or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and manufacturing trends
