Role Description The Production and Packing Operator is a full-time, on-site role based at Memphis Vision Care Pvt. Ltd. in Chhatral. The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery for parenteral formulations, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The Operator will perform routine checks, record production data, and ensure compliance with cGMP and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include handling sterile components, assisting with line changeovers, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and reporting any deviations or issues to supervisors. The role also includes packing finished products, labeling, inspecting for defects, and supporting inventory control and material movement within the production area.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate and monitor pharmaceutical or manufacturing equipment, with attention to detail in routine production tasks.
- Basic understanding of cGMP, safety practices, and hygiene standards in a sterile or cleanroom environment.
- Capability to follow written procedures, maintain accurate production records, and report issues clearly and promptly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and handle materials and packaging components safely.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification such as a high school diploma or technical/vocational training in a relevant field.
- Willingness to work in shifts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in ongoing skill development and training.
