We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production & Design Coordinator to ensure smooth production operations, quality control, and coordination between teams.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with makers for smooth production operations
• Follow up on production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
• Tally all fabrics ordered and update entries in software and Excel
• Coordinate finalized garment designs including fabric selection, buttons, chains, pockets, zippers, labels, and fitting details
• Place necessary orders with vendors and follow up regularly
• Assist with production-related requirements
• Conduct quality checks to maintain garment standards
• Maintain production files, records, and documentation systematically
• Coordinate between production team and management
• Monitor ongoing production activities and resolve workflow issues
• Track order status, delivery timelines, and production progress
• Prepare and maintain reports related to production, stock, and pending orders
• Handle urgent production requirements
• Verify measurements, fitting, fabric quality, and garment finishing before dispatch
• Check garment stitching, measurements, fitting, finishing, and overall presentation before approval
• Ensure proper communication between tailors, makers, designers, and management teams
• Manage sample development and coordinate modifications as per management instructions
