Key Responsibilities
Validation and testing of camera and optical modules across product lines.
- Validate camera modules in smart wearables to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards
- Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate camera module performance
- Conduct Ima Test and other relevant tests to evaluate camera module image quality and performance
- Use hexapod and other specialized equipment to perform camera precision and alignment testing
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide feedback to the design and development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware design, software development, and manufacturing, to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, test procedures, and technical notes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in camera module validation and testing

Work Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product HW validation, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
- Strong knowledge of camera module technology, including image sensors, lenses, and optical systems
- Experience with Ima Test and other relevant testing tools and techniques
- Familiarity with hexapod and other specialized equipment used in camera precision and alignment testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel occasionally, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with smart wearable devices and their camera modules
- Knowledge of computer vision algorithms and machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python or MATLAB
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium or Appium
- Certification in a relevant field, such as ISTQB or CSTE
