Job Description
The Product Trainer for Quadlabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. delivers online and onsite customer training programs for customers and employees. The Product Trainer will be responsible for writing and developing training materials and content as well as delivering training programs & tools to support the organization’s client base.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Managing the delivery of onsite and online training services.
- Software Training to New Joinees.
- Develop curriculum and training materials.
- Work with sales managers, product managers, and project managers to monitor the success and quality of training delivery.
- Preparing Training Questionnaires & check the training feedbacks.
- Coordinate training schedule, set up, creation of training materials and follow-up.
- To analyze current process flows, suggest and implement improvements.
- Understand travel business process and how they are mapped to existing application software processes.
- Updating Online Application Help Desk section.
- Manage client expectations at times from the Product.
- Identify the main key user among the trainees (Train the trainer program).
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA from Reputed University.
- 4-8 years of experience with minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
- Good facilitation skills.
- Training exposure on travel vertical.
- Should have exposure to developing training content.
- Functional knowledge of any of the GDS.
- Knowledge of MS OFFICE.
