We’re Hiring | Product Trainer – Skincare
Are you passionate about skincare, skin science, and professional beauty treatments? Do you enjoy training, demonstrating products, and building strong relationships with salon partners?
We’re looking for a Product Trainer who understands skin science and can confidently deliver and demonstrate skincare solutions and treatments.
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Conduct product & treatment demonstrations for prospective salon partners
• Train existing and new clients across assigned regions
• Coordinate closely with the Sales & Technical Training Team
• Create and manage training schedules and ensure timely completion
• Work closely with the Senior Training Manager on training programs
• Meet prospective clients along with the Sales/Training team when required
• Build strong relationships with salon partners and key stakeholders

✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Confident, energetic and a genuine people person
✅ Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership
✅ Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
✅ Passion for the skincare/beauty industry
✅ Strong understanding of skin, skin concerns & skincare
✅ CIDESCO certification is essential
✅ 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
✅ Freshers with the right knowledge, confidence and attitude can also apply
