Position: Product Trainer

Role Objective
- To drive successful onboarding, training, and adoption of the Fleetoz platform for corporate clients and vendor partners by delivering effective training sessions, simplifying system usage, and ensuring smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Software Training & Onboarding
- Conduct structured training sessions for corporate clients and car rental vendors post onboarding on the Fleetoz platform
- Train internal teams including operations, billing, supply, and account management
- Ensure all users clearly understand system workflows, features, and day-to-day usage
- Customize training sessions based on client operations and use cases
Product Demonstration Support
- Conduct software demonstrations for prospective and existing clients
- Explain Fleetoz features such as:
- Trip management
- Vendor management
- Driver management
- Billing & invoicing
- MIS & reporting dashboards
- Translate technical features into simple, business-focused benefits
Implementation & Adoption
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Fleetoz for new clients and vendors
- Ensure smooth onboarding, account setup, and system configuration
- Monitor user adoption and platform usage regularly
- Identify gaps in usage and proactively drive higher adoption
Client & Vendor Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for all training and usage-related queries
- Support clients and vendors in resolving day-to-day system issues
- Coordinate with the tech team for advanced issue resolution
- Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
Training Material & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain training materials, SOPs, and user manuals
- Develop easy-to-understand guides, FAQs, and training content
- Update documentation based on new features and system updates
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from clients and internal teams on system usability
- Suggest improvements in workflows and product features
- Work closely with product and tech teams to enhance user experience
Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain records of training sessions and onboarding status
- Track client adoption, usage levels, and engagement
- Prepare MIS reports on implementation progress and training completion
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in software training, SaaS implementation, or product support roles
- Experience in fleet management / transport / logistics platforms preferred
- Prior experience in conducting product demos and client training
- Understanding of onboarding and implementation lifecycle
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, or related field
