You will shape how our coffee is brewed, how our food is presented, and how every barista brings the brand to life — cup after cup, store after store.

What You’ll Do1. Own Product Excellence (Coffee & Food)- Drive end-to-end understanding of coffee and food standards across stores
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and execution
- Translate product philosophy into clear, executable standards for store teams
2. Lead New Product Development (Coffee)- Work closely with culinary and leadership teams to develop and refine coffee offerings
- Standardize recipes, brewing techniques, and serving guidelines
- Ensure seamless roll-out of new products across all cafés
3. Build & Deliver Training Programs- Design structured training modules for baristas and store teams
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, and advanced skill trainings
- Create scalable training frameworks that can grow with the brand
4. Develop People (IDPs & Capability Building)- Identify skill gaps and create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for team members
- Coach baristas and store leaders to elevate product knowledge and execution
- Build a culture of continuous learning and pride in craft
5. Drive Training Execution on Ground- Conduct regular store visits to audit, coach, and reinforce standards
- Ensure training translates into consistent on-ground execution
- Work closely with operations teams to align training with business needs
6. Support Product Launches- Partner with marketing and operations teams to support new launches
- Train teams on new products, storytelling, and customer experience
- Ensure every launch is executed with clarity, confidence, and consistency
Candidate Profile- 5–10 years of experience in training, product, or operations within café, QSR, or hospitality brands
- Strong understanding of coffee, beverages, and food standards
- A trainer who is equally comfortable on the floor as in the classroom
- Detail-oriented — you care about the difference between good and great
- Strong communicator and coach — able to influence and inspire teams
- Structured thinker — can build systems, processes, and scalable programs
- Hands-on and execution-driven — you don’t just design, you deliver
- Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
