Job Description:
This role will support the Product/Engineering team on requirements, work planning and product validation. The role will also handle product support queries from field teams in India and the US, ensuring timely coordination and resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Support Product Manager to maintain Jira tickets, ensuring proper tracking and updates
-
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate feature readiness
-
Act as the primary point of contact for clarifying requirements with engineering teams
-
Identify gaps, edge cases, and inconsistencies early in the development cycle
-
Handle product support queries from internal and field teams (India & US)
-
Coordinate between business, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery
Key Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in writing clear and structured user stories

Familiarity with Jira and product development workflows

Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
