Job Title: GBSG Product Support Specialist – Standard Level

Role Overview
We are looking for a GBSG Product Support Specialist – Standard Level to handle customer queries, resolve product-related issues, and deliver high-quality support across multiple channels.
The role requires strong communication skills, independent case handling, and the ability to troubleshoot moderate-complexity issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via voice, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot product issues and assist with workflow navigation & how-to queries
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer cases
- Maintain accurate documentation for all interactions
- Identify opportunities for product adoption and upgrades
- Support serve-to-sell initiatives by identifying customer needs
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and process standards
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in BPO / Contact Center / Voice-based roles
- No freshers
- Strong communication skills (mandatory)
- Versant Score: Professional / C2 level preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Finance preferred)
- Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge
- Experience with CRM tools and multi-channel support
