We're Hiring | Product Support Specialist | Mple.ai
Mple.ai is an AI-powered sales training platform built for enterprises to deliver scalable, measurable, and impactful learning experiences through AI-driven roleplays and evaluations.
We are looking for a Product Support Specialist who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer product queries via email, chat, and calls
- Troubleshoot SaaS product and technical issues
- Manage support tickets end-to-end with defined SLAs
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- Maintain FAQs, documentation, and knowledge base articles
- Gather customer feedback and improve support workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Product/Technical Support
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
- Ability to understand technical workflows quickly
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field preferred
