Job Description – Product Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Specialist to manage day-to-day operations, user queries, and overall coordination related to a digital product/platform. The ideal candidate should have strong product understanding, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams to ensure smooth user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end product-related queries and operational activities.
- Provide timely support and resolution to users/customers regarding product usage and issues.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the product features, workflows, and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as tech, support, and management for issue resolution and product improvements.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational processes.
- Assist in onboarding users and explaining product functionalities when required.
- Maintain reports, documentation, and operational records related to the product.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily product operations and escalations.

- Strong understanding of product operations and customer handling.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand technical/product-related concepts quickly.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.
