We're looking for
Product Support Analysts!
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support to customers through phone, email, chat, and remote support channels
- Troubleshoot product-related issues by analyzing system behavior, application logs, and customer-reported concerns
- Manage support tickets, prioritize incidents, and ensure timely resolution within defined service timelines
- Document customer interactions, issue resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately within support systems
- Collaborate with internal teams including Development, QA, Services, and Operations for issue resolution and escalations
- Assist customers in understanding product features, workflows, and self-service support resources
- Monitor support queues and handle incoming requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Perform functional analysis and identify recurring issues to support process and product improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product functionality, support tools, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Participate in shift-based support operations, including global support coverage where required
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation, support guides, and operational process improvements
- Ensure professional communication and a customer-centric approach during all support interactions
