Are you the kind of person who talks to customers every day — not to sell them something, but to truly understand what's working and what isn't?
At Cargoz, we're building the digital infrastructure for logistics in the GCC. And we're looking for a Product Success Executive to own the full user journey from activation to adoption across our core workflows.
This is a Product Operations + Customer Success hybrid role. Think: the person who makes sure every product we ship actually delivers value in the real world.
What you'll do:
- Conduct regular 1:1s with customers to capture insights beyond dashboards
- Track feature adoption and identify where users drop off
- Detect, diagnose, and escalate reliability issues end-to-end
- Turn conversations + behavioral data into actionable product recommendations
- Present weekly domain health reports to leadership
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales & Ops cross-functionally
Who we're looking for:
- 3–5 years in Product Ops, CS Operations, or Product Analytics (SaaS / marketplace)
- Fluency in CRM tools, dashboards, and basic SQL
- Strong active listening you hear what customers don't say
- Clear, warm communicator in English (Arabic a plus)
- Systems thinker: you see patterns, not just individual cases
- Bias for action. Empathy first. Zero pushy sales energy.
