Job Title: Product Strategy Manager
Department: Product Strategy
Location: Chhattisgarh
Role Purpose:
To drive demo activities, enhance demonstrator productivity, ensure optimal utilisation of demo tractors, and manage field activity claims efficiently while supporting dealer engagement and business conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demo Drive Management
- Ensure strict adherence to demo activity norms across all assigned territories.
- Conduct Mega Demo activities
- Monitor and improve overall demo effectiveness and dealer participation.
2. Demonstrator Productivity (DG Productivity)
- Ensure minimum 85% demonstrators meet defined productivity norms.
- Track and drive monthly productivity benchmarks:
- Provide guidance and support to improve demonstrator efficiency.
3. Company & Daler Demo Tractor Utilisation & MIS
- Ensure optimum utilisation of company demo tractors.
- Maintain and share accurate and timely MIS reports.
- Oversee service, repair, and maintenance of demo tractors as per requirements.
4. Mega Demo/ other major activities Output
- Ensure conversion of demo activities into business outcomes & productivity.
5. Event Execution (Solis Toyota Meet)
- Plan and execute monthly Toyota/Solis events as per defined calendar.
- Ensure dealer participation and proper event execution standards.
6. Field Activity Claims Management (DG Activity)
- Ensure timely submission of activity claims.
- Monitor and ensure claims settlement within 60 days from bill receipt at Head Office.
- Verify all claims meet:
- Company accounting guidelines
- Standard norms and eligibility criteria
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Demo activity adherence (quarterly Mega Demos)
- Demonstrator productivity achievement (≥70%)
- Demo tractor utilisation efficiency
- Mega demo conversion to delivery (within 30 days)
- Monthly event execution effectiveness
- Claims submission accuracy and timeliness
- Claims settlement within TAT (≤60 days)
