About the Role
NOI Technologies is hiring a Product Specialist - Logistics SaaS to work on Fulfillor.
This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys understanding business workflows, explaining software products, running demos, supporting onboarding, and helping customers use technology successfully.
You will work closely with prospects, clients, and internal teams to demonstrate Fulfillor, understand customer requirements, support product adoption, and collect feedback that helps improve the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end product demos for prospective clients
- Understand client workflows, requirements, and operational challenges
- Explain Fulfillor’s features in a clear and practical way
- Support client communication from demo to onboarding
- Conduct product onboarding sessions and training calls
- Train warehouse managers, operations teams, supervisors, and users
- Create training material, help guides, walkthroughs, and product documentation
- Support clients during implementation and post-go-live adoption
- Gather product feedback from clients and share insights with the internal team
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams
- Help clients understand how Fulfillor improves warehouse efficiency, fulfillment accuracy, and operational visibility
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer success, pre-sales, product training, SaaS, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Confidence in client-facing conversations and product presentations
- Ability to understand and explain SaaS or technology products clearly
- Basic understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, ecommerce fulfillment, or supply chain
- Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple client conversations
- Comfortable learning complex technology products
- Calm and solution-focused when working with clients
- No coding experience required, but strong tech comfort is important
Good to Have
- Experience with SaaS, ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, or logistics software
- Experience in product demos, implementation, onboarding, or customer success
- Exposure to 3PL, warehousing, ecommerce, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Experience creating product documentation or training resources
