About the Role
You will be a core member of our product and implementation team, building and maintaining the no-code MRM platform while also handling data transformation, reporting pipelines, and frontend interface work. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of data engineering and frontend development

- Nature of role: Full time
- Number of years of experience expected: 2-5 years.
- Areas of past experience preferred: Candidates should have hands-on experience in a developer, data analyst, or technical implementation role, with a strong focus on data manipulation, aggregation, and transformation using Python, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Educational qualification required: A degree in BTech, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred. Relevant product or data science coursework is also welcomed.
- Additional certifications preferred: Candidates should demonstrate a methodical approach to debugging and a strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex data projects involving structured financial data.
- Preferred geography of previous work experience: Prior work experience in India, Europe, APAC
- Language requirements: Candidates must be able to write and speak fluently in English.
- Technology proficiency preferred: Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and NumPy is required. Candidates should also have a solid command of HTML and CSS for building clean and responsive layouts. Experience working with structured data formats such as CSV, Excel, JSON, and XML is expected, along with familiarity with data quality concepts including null handling, schema validation, deduplication, and lineage tracking.
Key responsibility areas:
- Build, configure, and extend no-code platform workflows for model inventory, validation, and regulatory reporting use cases
- Develop and maintain data transformation scripts using Pandas and NumPy to clean, reshape, and process model risk data ingested from client bank systems
- Design and implement frontend components — forms, dashboards, and report templates — using HTML and CSS, ensuring interfaces are clean, accessible, and consistent across client deployments
- Collaborate with implementation leads and configuration specialists to turn client requirements into working platform configurations and data pipelines
- Create reusable data processing templates that non-technical users can trigger through the no-code interface
- Build automated data validation checks to catch data quality issues before they reach regulatory reports
- Maintain clear documentation for all scripts, components, and configuration modules
- Support UAT cycles by debugging data and UI issues raised by client teams
- Work closely with the full-stack engineering team to hand off components or pipelines that need to be productized into the core platform.
Other important information:
- Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
- Period of engagement: Full-time position
- Probation period: 6 months
- Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
- Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion
- Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

Selection process:
We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:
- Interview: There are expected to be at least 3 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
- Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.
