As a Product Specialist, responsibilities will include analyzing product performance, engaging with stakeholders, delivering top-notch customer service, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate the value proposition and technical details of products effectively.
- Develop tailored presentations and sales arguments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Consistent field engagement, including regular visits to dental clinics for practitioner interaction.
- Periodic Outstation travel to meet and support our dealers.
- Support and drive product sales by engaging with key stakeholders at necessary times.
- Provide technical sales support & coordination within your designated geographical area.
- Assist in the launch of new products and introduce existing products to customers.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.
- Participate in marketing events and exhibitions to represent the brand.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Product Specialist skills
- Exemplary Presentation skills
- Strong Analytical & Communication skills.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Sales acumen with 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery
