Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and IV lounges, and present Daulcel’s anti-aging therapies and product portfolio
- Drive revenue by ensuring strong product adoption, repeat usage, and consistent business across your territory
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors and key clinic decision-makers
- Identify and develop select dermatologists into Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support brand growth and CMEs
- Develop a strong understanding of products, treatment protocols, and their clinical applications to confidently position them against competitors
- Demonstrate product usage and support doctors in effectively integrating treatments into their practice
- Monitor product usage across clinics to ensure sustained adoption post-onboarding
- Maintain close coordination with distributors to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment
- Support the development and strengthening of the distribution network within your territory
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and doctor preferences to continuously refine your approach
- Represent Daulcel at conferences, CMEs, and clinic-level engagements to enhance brand visibility and credibility
Required Experience
- BSc / BPharma required. Anyone with an Mpharma/ MBA will be preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in dermatology / aesthetic pharma sales is a mandate
- Prior experience in handling a territory with revenue responsibility
