Role Description
The Product Specialist is a full-time role based on-site at our Bengaluru location. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding and promoting Enlightlife’s range of products to customers, addressing their queries, and providing tailored solutions. You will support the sales team, handle customer demonstrations, gather feedback, and analyze customer needs to drive product improvements. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure product success will be a key part of your day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in product-related roles and a strong understanding of Product Specialist responsibilities
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and generate insights for continuous product improvement
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their concerns
- Sales experience to successfully promote and drive demand for products
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
- Passion for health and wellness products, with knowledge of nutrition being an added advantage
