Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing expert knowledge on the company’s products, conducting product demonstrations, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring they receive excellent support. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with sales and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions, analyzing customer needs, and contributing to the growth and promotion of products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in product expertise and ability to serve as a Product Specialist
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and provide appropriate product solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales with an ability to engage with clients effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Required qualification BDS degree (advantage)
- Prior experience in medical or dental equipment
