The Role
We’re hiring a hunter, not a coordinator. Someone who can find winners, build products, and scale them globally. This isn’t about managing suppliers—it’s about owning products from idea → launch → scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify high-potential, scalable products (not saturated junk).
- Source aggressively from China, India, and global suppliers.
- Negotiate like it’s your own money.
- Turn average products into premium, differentiated SKUs.
- Own the product end-to-end: idea → sample → production → launch → scale.
Who You Are:
- 2–5+ years in D2C, Amazon, or product sourcing.
- Experienced with Alibaba, 1688, or direct factories.
- Understand why customers buy, not just how to source.
- Familiar with product-finding tools (Terapeak, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA, Seller Central, Sponsored Ads, A+ Content.
- Think in margin, positioning, and scalability.
- Take ownership and figure things out end-to-end (compliance, import/export, launch).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
