Product Sales Specialist - Nephrology & Critical Care, CVTS Medical Devices
Location: Delhi
Role Overview
We are seeking a result-oriented sales professional to drive market expansion for blood purification devices in the North India market, focusing on high-value critical care and nephrology, CVTS segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product sales and market development across nephrology and critical care accounts
- Identify and convert opportunities in corporate hospitals, transplant centres, and ICUs
- Build and maintain relationships with nephrologists, intensivists, CVTS and purchase stakeholders
- Execute scientific selling, including product positioning in sepsis, AKI, and CRRT
- Coordinate with the clinical team for demos, CMEs, and therapy adoption
- Track competitor activity and implement strategic account plans
- Travel 8-10 days/month for regional coverage
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in medical device sales (Nephrology / Critical Care preferred)
- Education: Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biomedical background
- Strong understanding of hospital sales dynamics and high-value consumables/devices
- Proven ability to handle clinical conversations and KOL engagement
- Self-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills
