Job details:
Namaskaram,
AjnaLens is looking for a Product Researcher to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra – India).
We're seeking someone who thrives on curiosity, enjoys turning raw observation into sharp insight, and takes pride in shaping products that genuinely fit the people they're built for. This role calls for a sharp listener and a structured thinker — someone who can study markets, dissect competitors, sit with users in clinics and villages, and translate everything they learn into clarity that the product team can act on.
At AjnaLens, we're building at the intersection of deep tech, AI, and India's oldest wellness traditions — across OjasLife (clinical AI), MAI (consumer wearable), and Legend 1 (Made-in-India smart eyewear). As a Product Researcher, you will play a key role in ensuring the products we build are grounded in real evidence, from market signals to user behavior to competitive movement to product quality.
We're also proud to share that Lenskart is now our strategic investor, a milestone that reflects the purpose, potential, and impact of what we're building together. Alongside this, our long-standing partnerships with Google and AIIMS continue to power our mission of bringing world-class health-tech to India. Join us as we co-create the future of conscious technology.
