Role Description
The Product Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the company’s self-guided tour content and functionality. Day-to-day tasks include testing tour flows, identifying and documenting issues, and ensuring that all content is user-friendly, error-free, and up to company standards. The analyst will work closely with the content and development teams to identify areas of improvement and ensure product consistency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Testing processes, with attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
- Technical skills in software testing and familiarity with troubleshooting tools
- Strong command of language for reviewing, editing, and verifying written content
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with project management tools or methods is a plus
- Prior experience in tourism, content creation, or a related field is advantageous
