Role Overview
We’re hiring a hands-on Product QA who brings a strong product mindset to testing. This is an individual contributor role focused on ensuring high-quality releases across multiple products and platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to identify risks early, improve testing practices, and help ship reliable, customer-centric features.
What You’ll Do
- Perform manual and automated testing across web and backend systems
- Partner with Product Managers to understand feature intent and user impact
- Contribute to test planning, release readiness, and risk assessment
- Write clear, actionable bug reports
- Improve and maintain automated test suites
- Participate in planning and design discussions to surface quality risks early
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
- Experience in both manual and automation testing
- Strong exploratory and critical thinking skills
- Good understanding of APIs, system workflows, and end-to-end scenarios
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to overlap 5–6 hours with EST and flexibility in working hours
Nice to Have:
Experience with CI/CD, AI-driven or data-intensive products, or e-commerce platforms.
