🚀 We're Hiring | Product/Project Engineer
📍 Location: Ludhiana, Punjab (Full-time On-site)
We are looking for an experienced Product/Project Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in Product Development, Manufacturing, or Project Engineering to join a global team. This role will be based full-time at our manufacturing partner's facility in Ludhiana, working closely with suppliers, factory management, and international engineering teams to support new product development and successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and global stakeholders throughout the product development process.
✔ Manage product specifications, testing, quality standards, and engineering documentation.
✔ Drive product development, commercialization, and production readiness.
✔ Work closely with sourcing, QA, and engineering teams to resolve technical and production challenges.
✔ Act as the on-site technical representative, ensuring quality, accountability, and timely project execution.
✔ Build strong relationships with factory management and proactively resolve manufacturing issues.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing or related field preferred).
✅ 5–7 years of experience in Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, or Project Management.
✅ Experience working directly with suppliers and manufacturing facilities.
✅ Knowledge of MS Office, CAD, and engineering tools.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work with cross-functional teams.
✅ Willingness to work full-time from the manufacturing facility in Ludhiana and travel as required.
