About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and creative Product & Packaging Designer to join our team in South Delhi. This role combines product design thinking with packaging and brand storytelling, ensuring our products not only function well but also stand out visually on the shelf. You will be instrumental in shaping product experiences from concept to final execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop product concepts along with their corresponding packaging
- Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing packaging solutions
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity across product and packaging touchpoints
- Develop graphics, layouts, and visual assets for packaging and marketing materials
- Work on typography, color systems, materials, and finishes to enhance product appeal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) for alignment
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for production feasibility and quality
- Iterate designs based on feedback while ensuring timelines are met
- Stay updated on trends in product design, materials, and sustainable packaging
Qualification & Skills
- Strong experience in product design and packaging design
- Proficiency in branding and graphic design principles
- Solid understanding of materials, structures, and production processes
- Expertise in typography and layout design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to balance functionality with visual storytelling
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with sustainable/eco-friendly packaging solutions
- Familiarity with 3D design tools or prototyping is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field
