We are looking for a highly driven Product Owner to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative digital guest experience platforms for large-scale entertainment and hospitality environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing web/mobile digital products, customer journeys, integrations, Agile product delivery, and stakeholder communication. This role will work closely with engineering, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to build and enhance digital platforms such as digital wallets, digital profiles, loyalty systems, mobile ordering, kiosks and POS-integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and sprint priorities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Drive product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer experience improvements.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Define MVPs and prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, timelines, and customer impact.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations involving APIs, payment gateways, POS systems, loyalty systems, and third-party platforms.
- Analyze customer behavior, product metrics, analytics, and operational data to drive product improvements.
- Coordinate UAT activities and ensure business requirements are validated before releases.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively and work with teams to resolve them.
- Prepare product documentation, process flows, wireframes, presentations, and executive-level updates.
- Work with support and operations teams during launches and post-production support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in software product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working on customer-facing digital platforms such as mobile apps, web applications, digital commerce, loyalty systems, or payment solutions.
- Ability to create product roadmaps, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, authentication flows (JWT/OAuth), and backend/frontend architecture concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Postman, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
