Product Owner / Operations – Inventory & Vendor Management
Role Overview
Looking for a hands-on professional to manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and work with internal teams to improve and run ERP/inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) and ensure stock accuracy
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, deliveries, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth material flow with production and warehouse teams
• Act as a bridge between operations and ERP/inventory systems
• Identify process/system gaps and drive improvements
• Ensure proper system usage and data accuracy
Requirements
• 3–6 years experience in manufacturing / supply chain / operations
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement
• Experience with ERP/tools (Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.)
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Commerce, or related field
(B.E./B.Tech, BBA/BMS, B.Com preferred)
• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain or relevant certifications are a plus
