Duties
- You will join tech Ecosystem organization, as a core member of both the Product Management function and the Steward the Firm Group, committed to solving problems for colleagues using technology.
- You will work with teams in our technology hubs (Atlanta, Waltham, New York, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Prague), serving colleagues all over the globe.

Skills
- As a SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll System Design Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- You will be responsible for support, ensuring timely delivery, and providing expert guidance to our Payroll Teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to oversee the successful implementation of system designs.
- Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Ability to adapt well and perform in new competitive environment. Good team player, strong team orientation, hard worker and enthusiastic.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and demanding environment and meeting delivery timelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements
- 5 + years of SAP EC Payroll US and Canada implementation, development, testing and support
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Personnel Administration, Org. Management, Time Management, Payroll implementation, ERP integration and support is a must.
- Strong knowledge of P2P integration (Point to Point) replication, Employee Central Payroll, Delustering etc.
- Strong in USA payroll, legal knowledge, Vacation premium, CFDI, Social Insurance and other legal reporting knowledge is a must.
- Good experience to modify/create payroll and time PCR and scheme.
- Involved in the Unit testing, Regression Testing and Integration testing.
- Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues in a hands-on manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team under specified deadlines. Ability to work remotely and collaborate with teams using online collaboration tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP Certification is a must.
Education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll Projects.
- Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Time Of, Benefit, Recruitment, Onboarding) is advantageous.
- Experience with integration technologies like Web Services, IDocs, and APIs.
- Previous exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
