Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a
motivated Product Owner - Insurance to join our
Banking and Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, commercialization, and construction of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution specifically targeted at Insurance companies. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing innovative digital solutions that drive business outcomes for enterprise-level customers.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Responsibility 1: Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to delivery, including defining the product objective, roadmap, and features to ensure a successful "0 to 1" product launch.
- Responsibility 2: Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and develop strategic partnerships with Hyperscalers and System Integrators.
- Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by organizing the product backlog, performing rigorous acceptance tests, and managing risks to deliver a high-quality, secure digital work product.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in insurance operations or product development within the insurance sectors.
- Strong knowledge of intelligent document processing technologies , including Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven document analysis.
- Proven ability in SaaS (Software as a Service) business models and the commercialization of Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise-level products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (an MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus).
