Product Manager – Cloud Access & Data Platform
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of a critical internal platform focused on data integrity and access control across a large-scale enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, security, and business operations, driving the evolution of systems that manage how users access and interact with core data.
You will lead the vision and execution of a centralized permission management solution, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and easy to use for a wide range of internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute the roadmap for a company-wide access control and data management platform
- Partner closely with engineering teams to turn complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables
- Act as the primary decision-maker for feature prioritization and product direction
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to gather requirements and align on solutions
- Drive improvements in data governance, accuracy, and security practices
- Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities to simplify and modernize permission management
- Lead product lifecycle activities from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
- Promote innovative thinking by challenging assumptions and introducing new approaches

What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- Hands-on experience working as a Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment (2+ years)
- Ability to translate business problems into clear product requirements
- Strong collaboration skills when working with technical teams
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
- Experience managing products in large-scale or high-throughput systems
- Prior background in software development or strong technical fluency
- Exposure to access control, identity management, or cloud platforms
- Experience aligning cross-functional teams with competing priorities
- Familiarity with Agile transformation or transitioning from traditional delivery models
