Key Responsibilities
• Own, refine, and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring technical feasibility and business value.
• Translate features into well defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria and vertical slicing.
• Validate and accept completed stories aligned with the Definition of Done.
• Actively participate in PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and cross team collaboration.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, architects, and global stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery quality, performance, reliability, and compliance suitable for airborne systems.
• Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices.
Competencies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate market needs into business hypotheses and roadmap priorities.
• Proven ownership of cross functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Miro, JAMA, and Kanban boards.
Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience.
• Overall experience of ~10 years preferred.
• Background in software development, pre sales, or technical roles is an added advantage.
• SAFe / Agile certifications are desirable.
