Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Manage and priori1ze the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder inputs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure product features meet customer needs and quality standards.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to align product strategy with business goals.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in backlog management and sprint planning.
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding product lifecycle management.
• Experience working in product-based companies is preferred.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Exposure data-driven product decision-making.
• Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
