Role - Product Owner

Key Responsibilities
• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
• Manage and groom the product backlog aligned with clinical and commercial
objectives
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, clinical teams, and
technology teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to clinical data standards
• Track product progress, manage scope, and mitigate risks in delivery
• Define measurable success metrics and drive outcome-based product development
• Lead sprint planning, acceptance criteria definition, and release validation
• Drive adoption of AI/ML and LLM-based capabilities within clinical and healthcare
platforms
Required Experience & Skills
• 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Clinical
Technology roles
• Strong domain expertise in Clinical Data Management (CDM), clinical trials, and
healthcare data ecosystems
• Experience working with clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM) and
regulatory environments
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in clinical or life sciences domains
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science,
and business stakeholders
• Ability to define product KPIs and measure business impact
• Strong stakeholder communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
