About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our growing
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product requirements,
coordinating with cross-functional teams, defining product goals, and ensuring
successful product delivery. The role requires strong analytical thinking, communication
skills, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and user requirements
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities
- Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, and operations teams
- Track product progress, timelines, and sprint deliverables
- Conduct market and competitor research for product improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives
- Support product testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Collect user feedback and drive continuous product enhance
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar product management tools
- Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts and software development workflows
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Analyst / Product
Coordinator
- Experience in SaaS, AI, AgriTech, or technology products will be preferred
