Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Product Owner – Accounts with strong expertise in Product Management and Product Ownership. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, with a strong focus on customer journeys, backlog prioritization, and business outcomes.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including business, technology, design, and operations to define product vision, translate requirements into actionable development stories, and drive successful product releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for Accounts-related products and features.
- Drive backlog prioritisation aligned with business goals, customer needs, and strategic roadmap.
- Create and manage feature packs / release packs for development sprints and product launches.
- Design and optimize customer journeys to enhance user experience and product adoption.
- Define, track, and own OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the product.
- Create detailed user epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Refine stories and ensure they are development-ready before sprint planning.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance metrics and continuously improve based on data insights.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align roadmap and release priorities.
- Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and customer impact.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Product Management / Product Owner role
- Expertise in Product Backlog Management
- Strong experience in prioritisation frameworks and roadmap planning
- Hands-on exposure to feature pack creation and sprint readiness
- Experience in Customer Journey Design / User Journey Mapping
- Proven experience in defining and owning OKRs
