🚨 Immediate Joiners Preferred | Product Owner – Banking Domain | Pune (Hybrid)
Creospan is hiring for a Product Owner role for one of our leading Banking & Financial Services projects based in Pune.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong domain expertise in Banking platforms and hands-on experience in driving end-to-end product lifecycle (Inception to Delivery). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, managing product backlogs, and delivering high-impact solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership
- Should be familiar working on TCS BaNCS Application
- Strong background in Banking / Financial Services domain
- Experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Hands-on with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to payments / transactions / custody / trade lifecycle / wealth platforms
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience working on TCS BaNCS or similar banking platforms (Finastra, Temenos, etc.)
- Understanding of money movement / internal banking systems
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
