About the Role"

"Project Coordinator"

"Responsibilities"

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress across multiple teams and ensure deliverables are met on time.
Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and status reports using Azure DevOps.
Strong background on AI/ML Ops (experience in handling projects like Chatbot, LLM, ML).
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them proactively.
Support project managers in ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document project requirements.
Conduct requirement elicitation sessions through workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Ability to perform validation of software / apps (QE / QA).
Market Analysis ? around AI/ML technologies.

"Required Skills"

Project Tracking & Coordination: Hands-on experience managing and tracking multiple projects.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Proficiency in writing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and user stories.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and program owners.
Azure DevOps (ADO): Experience in using Azure DevOps for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.
Experience in AI/ML, RPA, or Digital Transformation projects.
Basic SQL or data analysis skills.
