Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to lead product development initiatives and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, backlog management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful Agile delivery of high-quality digital products. Experience working with Azure-based environments and Agile methodologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Define and maintain the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Developers, QA) to deliver high-quality product increments.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Use Jira to track requirements, manage backlogs, and monitor sprint progress.
- Work with architecture and development teams to ensure solutions align with Azure cloud platforms and enterprise standards.
- Facilitate client meetings, requirement workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Create business process flows, functional documentation, and user acceptance criteria.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the delivered product meets business expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and product enhancements.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking
- Experience working with Azure-based solutions and cloud environments
- Excellent Requirements Gathering and Documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and client interaction experience
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications
- Knowledge of SDLC and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
