Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Operations Intern located in Bangalore Urban. As a Product Operations Intern, you will assist in improving internal product processes, contribute to product-related decision-making, and provide operational support to ensure a seamless experience for users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support the implementation of new product features, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will provide assistance in enhancing customer experience and ensuring product alignment with user needs.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Specialist with a strong understanding of product operations and user experience
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration and clear reporting
- Customer Service skills, including the ability to understand and resolve user concerns effectively
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and strategies is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
