Role Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Onboarding Executive to ensure the successful onboarding of our clients. In this role, you will connect with clients through one-on-one sessions to give an overview of the product, explain its features, and demonstrate how it provides solution to their business needs. You will also conduct onboarding and training sessions for clients and their entire teams, ensuring they are confident in using the platform effectively. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain onboarding documentation, including guides, proposals, and training materials, and coordinate with internal teams such as sales, support, and product to ensure a smooth transition and a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through one-on-one sessions to explain the product and its features.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for the client and their entire team to ensure effective product adoption.
- Address basic queries and provide support during onboarding.
- Ensure clients understand how to use the product effectively to meet their business needs.
- Collect client feedback during onboarding and share insights with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation, including proposals, onboarding plans, and related documents.
- Ensure all onboarding documents are well-organized, version-controlled, and easily accessible.
- Update documentation based on product changes, client feedback, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs for onboarding and proposal documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or a related field preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in onboarding, training, customer support, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with client interactions.
- Basic understanding of software applications or digital platforms.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently and in a team.
