Job Purpose: · Play an active role in development of the Personal Loan product portfolio in line with Group guidelines and budgets. · Conceptualize and enhance new product and services that will add to or grow existing revenue streams · Implementing best in class processes, introducing new initiative resulting improvement in qualitative parameters like TATs, FTNRs, customer complaints, simplifying complex processes resulting in ease of execution, etc.
Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)
· Product & Policy · Modification of product/ policy parameters based on market dynamics and customer feedback during location, HDFC Bank Liability Branch and corporate visits. · Segment wise review for identifying critical impact areas/ locations/ segments and take corrective actions to minimize credit losses and optimizing profits to the Bank. · Running of knowledge series to ensure awareness of product USP’s · Managing Approval Rates, TAT & FTNR of Personal Loan and take corrective action to improve.
· Yield Management · Formulation and implementation of corporate pricing to ensure effective penetration and optimizing yield. · Increase/ maintain HDFC Bank Salary relationship market share in top corporate through pricing, processes and unique product feature offerings. · Formulation of Pricing and Deviation grid to facilitate appropriate mix of customer acquisition, empowerment to the line teams while maintaining the overall Yield budgets · Develop and implement corporate retention (Salary accounts) through effective and competitive product pricing and increase HDFC Bank’s market share in the respective corporate salary accounts. · Customization of product offering and processes through Corporate Loan Program (CLP) to cater to large Corporate. Meeting top corporate executives for evaluating product offerings and improvisations
· Personal Loan Portfolio Management · Analysis of value growth, acquisition and other parameters on health of the portfolio; identify the
critical impact areas and locations not meeting objectives. · Developing application scoring models with support from risk analytics unit to improve product offering for the customers and maintain portfolio quality as per Bank’s risk philosophy. · Regular interaction with National, Zonal and Local Sales team for ensuring appropriate product understanding and resolution of related queries.
· Financial Management
· Monitoring profitability parameters viz. interest income, cost of funds, processing fees, priority sector lending, cost of acquisition, operation cost, NCLs & specific provisioning and ensure efficiency is built in all business dynamics..
