Role Description The Product Merchandiser role at Aggunj is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, UP. The Product Merchandiser will coordinate order and production planning across flagship and partner stores, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries . Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking stock levels, order status, planning replenishments, coordination among different departments and effective execution of the T&A Plan. The role involves close collaboration with design, sales, and e-commerce teams to align production planning and execute timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting order planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with design, sales, store staff, and e-commerce teams.
- Relevant experience in fashion retail or merchandising, preferably in apparel or luxury segments.
- Strong attention to detail, design elements, customizations and quality checks is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple departments, and collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion designing and Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
