Your role
Mission/Purpose of the Job
As a Product Marketing Manager – VTS, you will be responsible for the Business development, Sales & Marketing of aftermarket products & service in Vacuum Technique division for India.
Main Responsibilities
- The incumbent should be able to develop and drive the product marketing activities for the Parts Divisions per the divisional and local initiatives.
- Drive product marketing activities for the Parts Division
- The incumbent should work closely with regions and distributors to increase Market penetration and improve 1:1 Hit ratio.
- Timely pricing management as per divisional guidelines and maintains profitable growth.
- Evaluate product knowledge and sales competency of Sales & Marketing team (Direct and Indirect) on product offering & synergy products and create a development plan together with Business Line Manager.
- The incumbent should develop and continue the focus on VTS growth projects.
- Plan, organize and conduct Inbound & Outbound marketing activities with close coordination with MARCOM and Business Line manager.
- Work closely with VTS sourcing team to develop new products and strengthen existing products.
- Work closely with VTS technical support & Logistics team to maintain optimum inventory level.
- Improve Operational excellence by implement & monitoring the utilizing of business tools like Growth Grid, Veasy Quoter , Connectivity, C4C, Power Bi etc.
- The incumbent should bear positive attitude and capacity to think “Out of the Box” to make an efficient, agile, and service driven organisation.
- Safeguard implementation and application of internal processes in accordance with “The way we do things” and make sure to fulfil the corporate governance standards, including environmental and ethical standards, of the Atlas Copco group including the Code of Conduct is adhered to in your domain.
- Increase customer satisfaction by putting actions in place for improvement needs as revealed in NPS surveys (and/or via other channels)
- Focus on customer centricity by having a good understanding of their expectations and needs and strive for keeping Atlas Copco First in Mind-First in Choice®.
- The position requires domestic travel & frequent interaction with multiple stake holders - Customers, Distributors, OEM’s, Internal Sales & Service team to support the development of synergies and thereby consolidated result/ performance of the Business area.

To succeed, you will need

- BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience required. Candidates with experience in after-sales service and customer support will be preferred.
