The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to bridge the gap between complex deep-tech products and global enterprise buyers.
The role will focus on crafting product narratives, competitive positioning, and sales enablement assets that help technical buyers understand and trust Obraz’s products and Computer Vision solutions.
The PMM will report directly to the CEO and will build the product marketing function from the ground up.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and execute GTM strategy for Obraz’s products.
- Translate complex AI engineering, ML model pipelines, and GDPR-compliance features into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis and develop sales battle cards.
- Conduct customer and prospect interviews to validate positioning and inform the product roadmap.
- Create product marketing collateral including case studies, whitepapers, product demo videos, and landing-page copy.
- Own the launch process for new features and products, from planning through post-launch review.
- Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and other enablement tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product on messaging and roadmap updates.
- Use AI tools for competitive monitoring, content development, and research.
- Ensure product messaging aligns with European data sovereignty and privacy requirements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical/AI concepts into clear, human language.
- Strong experience in B2B Product Marketing, positioning, and storytelling.
- Ability to create high-quality sales decks and product marketing assets using Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user personas, customer pain points, and enterprise technology buyer journeys.
- Comfortable both directing content creation and writing first drafts independently.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or another highly technical field combined with marketing experience.
- Experience marketing SaaS platforms, AI/ML tools, or API products to European audiences.
Why Obraz
- Direct exposure to the CEO and the opportunity to shape product positioning.
- Work on products serving Defense, Healthcare Imaging, and Industrial Automation.
- Own product marketing end-to-end and build the function from the ground up.
- Develop expertise in translating advanced AI engineering into enterprise buyer language.
