We are looking for a technically strong and communication-oriented professional with experience as a System Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer in Firewall or Network Security technologies who is interested in building a career in Product Marketing. The ideal candidate should bring strong hands-on cybersecurity knowledge along with excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills to help position and market Vehere’s cybersecurity products effectively. This role will be responsible for managing product positioning, go-to-market initiatives, technical marketing content, and sales enablement activities to ensure Vehere products resonate with enterprise and government customers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansion.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to strengthen product positioning and messaging.
- Build technical and sales enablement materials such as Product presentations, Solution briefs, Use cases, Battle cards, Technical documents, Product feature videos, Brochures and datasheets
- Create clear and compelling technical marketing content and product messaging for internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate complex cybersecurity and firewall/network security concepts into customer-friendly messaging and collateral.
- Assist in analyst evaluation submissions and value documents for organizations such as Gartner, Forrester etc.
- Conduct in-depth research across open-source intelligence, industry reports, analyst publications, competitive products, and cybersecurity trends.
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment across product and market initiatives.
- Participate in customer discussions, product demonstrations, and technical positioning activities when required.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism in all deliverables.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Vehere’s information assets and business-critical information.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or a related technical field;
- 3–6 years of experience in Firewall technologies, Network security, Cybersecurity pre-sales, System engineering, technical consulting
- Hands-on understanding of enterprise firewall and network security technologies is preferred.
- Strong interest in transitioning into Product Marketing / Technical Product Marketing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and documentation skills.
- Ability to create compelling technical and marketing content.
- Understanding of cybersecurity market trends, competitive positioning, and customer pain points.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
