About Taggbox
Taggbox is a top-rated, all-in-one User-Generated Content (UGC) SaaS platform trusted by 9,240+ global brands including Bose Professional, Boston University, Bacardi, Stanford University, and IKEA. Our product suite of Taggbox, Tagembed, Tagshop, and Social Walls helps brands collect, curate, manage, and display authentic customer content (social feeds, reviews, and shoppable UGC) across websites, campaigns, events, and digital screens to drive engagement, trust, and conversions.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across our product line, working closely with SEO, Content, Ads, Social Media, Website, and Inbound Sales teams.
Role Summary
As Product Marketing Manager, you will act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing — translating product capabilities into compelling positioning, sales enablement, and demand-generation strategy. You will own the narrative for each product (Taggbox) and ensure it's consistently reflected across every channel and team under Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product positioning & messaging: Develop clear, differentiated positioning for each product line based on competitive analysis, customer research, and market trends in the UGC/MarTech space.
- Go-to-market (GTM) strategy: Lead GTM plans for new feature launches and product updates — coordinating timelines across SEO, Content, Ads, Social, and Website teams.
- Sales enablement: Build battle cards, pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and case studies that help the Inbound Sales team convert leads faster.
- Competitive intelligence: Track competitors (e.g., Taggbox alternatives in the social proof / UGC / review widget space) and equip Sales & Content teams with win/loss insights.
- Customer & market research: Run win-loss interviews, NPS/CSAT analysis, and customer advisory sessions to refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas.
- Content strategy input: Partner with SEO Content and Marketing Content teams to prioritize high-intent topics, case studies, and comparison pages that support pipeline goals.
- Campaign collaboration: Work with Ads and Social Media teams to translate positioning into paid campaign messaging, creatives briefs, and audience targeting.
- Pricing & packaging support: Provide market-informed input on pricing, packaging, and plan structuring in collaboration with leadership.
- Metrics ownership: Track and report on product marketing KPIs — trial-to-paid conversion, sales cycle length, win rate, and feature adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within a SaaS, MarTech, or similar B2B tech company (event-tech, martech, or e-commerce SaaS background is a plus).
- Proven track record of leading GTM launches and building sales enablement assets.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or similar for funnel and campaign analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex product features into customer-facing benefits.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and multiple Marketing sub-teams (SEO, Content, Design, Ads, Social).
- Working knowledge of competitive/market research frameworks (e.g., Jobs-to-be-Done, ICP mapping, battle-card development).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in UGC, social proof, reviews, or social media management platforms.
- Exposure to PLG (Product-Led Growth) SaaS motion and freemium-to-paid conversion strategy.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma (for reviewing creative assets), Notion/Confluence, and Slack.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to shape GTM strategy for a fast-growing, globally-used SaaS platform (9,240+ brands and counting).
- Direct collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional team ownership.
